Misconduct and Violation Policy of AIS SHARE NETWORK

If any shareholder is found to be involved in misconduct, including but not limited to:

  • Misrepresenting the company
  • Engaging in unethical or illegal activities
  • Spreading false or misleading information on social media
  • Violating company policies or procedures

AIS SHARE NETWORK reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent closure of accounts, without prior notice.

AIS SHARE NETWORK – Rules and Regulations

1. Shareholder Categories

  • Working Shareholders: Active in team building and promotions.
  • Non-Working Shareholders: Investors not involved in team building.

2. Team-Building Requirements and Benefits

  • Direct Referral Requirement: 15 direct referrals needed for full benefits.
  • Triple Investment Return: Only eligible after fulfilling referral condition.
  • Non-Compliance: No triple return without meeting referral requirement.

3. Misconduct and External Activity

  • Promoting fake or unauthorized platforms is prohibited.
  • Spreading negativity is a serious violation.
  • Violations result in profit forfeiture and potential account termination.

4. General Expectations

  • Promotions must be ethical and transparent.
  • System bypassing or creating side systems is not allowed.

5. Membership and Account Use

  • Accounts are non-transferable without written consent.
  • Members are responsible for account activity.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Members must behave professionally and legally.
  • Harassment and discrimination are not tolerated.

7. Confidentiality and Communication

  • Confidential data must not be shared.
  • Spreading misinformation is forbidden.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Misrepresentation and bypassing company procedures are strictly prohibited.
  • Illegal acts may result in legal action and account termination.

9. Disciplinary Actions

  • Violations may lead to suspension or permanent closure.
  • Severe misconduct may result in immediate termination without notice.

10. Amendments and Updates

  • Rules can be updated anytime; members will be notified of major changes.
  • Continued participation confirms acceptance of new terms.
